That seems like an obvious question, but recently I have been surprised by the number of people who don’t actually know just what a buyers market is. Many people fail to see the signs that point to the type of real estate market we are in. If you are looking to buy or sell real estate, both parties need to understand just what happens when it is a buyers market.
